You can see the room and house through me but paper work and legal documents will go through the landlord.A background check will be preformed and that will paid for with your deposit. That being said THEY prefer no pets unless you are solely responsible for them, no smoking and prefer no over night visitors unless they are children.please. Prefer female roommates.
