About the Room: Private room with a walk-in closet. My last roommate had a king-sized bed in the room and it fit just fine! You’ll have your own private bathroom with tub/shower, it is right next door so it’s not an ensuite. There is a finished basement with plenty of space and the laundry is located down there. I hardly ever go into the basement, but it’d be a great space for movies, lounging, etc.

I’m not in a rush to rent and want to make sure it’s a good setup for everyone. I’ve had two other roommates in the space and they each stayed for 1 and 1.5 years, respectfully. In terms of the lease, move-in date, and other preferences, I am open to chatting about it! Any questions, just let me know.

Hey! I’m looking to fill the spare room in my townhome. Currently, I have two jobs, for my main career I work from home and occasionally will go to the office or travel for work (~1x a month). I also have a “fun job” as an assistant swim coach for a competitive team and have an absolute blast with it. I’ll usually coach 3x a week in the evenings. In my free time, you’ll find me hiking the Colorado Trail (CT), traveling around, heading to a book club, or grabbing drinks with friends. I also have a rescue pup, Old Man Finch, who is somewhere between 10-12 and he’s a really mellow dog.
