Internet, water, and trash removal is already included in the $804 monthly payment. Besides that the only other monthly bills are SRP electric and SRP Gas which we would split evenly. My apartment is right next to the pool, gym, office and amazon lockers We also have a dog park here! There is a washer/dryer in the unit and I have a crockpot, keurig, and air fryer that you are more than welcome to use. We also have steam rooms and a volleyball court here and its minutes from Downtown Chandler. You will have your own private bathroom and spacious walk in closet. I’m very down to earth and chill and hoping to find someone similar :) I keep things clean and organized, love to relax and binge some good netflix shows when I’m not working and have no pets. But, I’m not completely opposed to having pets in the apartment! You would have to pay the monthly pet fee though. You would be taking over my old roomates spot on the lease as well :)
