the apartment is a cute 2 bed 2 bath on the fourth floor with elevator access. The room is not furnished. You would have your own bathroom and walk in closet! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of parking available. Pool, 24 hr gym, rooftop deck, and two restaurants right next door. The prices are approximate since the move in date is farther away but as the date gets closer I will have more approximate numbers. The room is available from Aug-Dec/Jan.

Im a college student that graduates in December! I’m a quiet and clean homebody who doesn’t usually have many people over. I’m easy to get along with!! I have a hypoallergenic dog that is super friendly with people but struggles with other pets, so please no pets (other than small animals/fish/birds. He does good with these).
