Elizabeth's room

Hi. I live in a beautiful condo in Coral Springs about 5 mins by car from the walk. You would have your own room with own access to outside (screened in patio, which has a couch and tv as well) plus own bathroom. Full access to big kitchen and living room( all furnished ) washer and drier in unit. Also includes water, electric, Wi-Fi, parking. Also right in front of club house / pool which has a gym as well! I am a single mother of a new born baby, looking for someone relatively quiet to split living and bills with. If your another mom w a child maybe we could help w the kids to save up and what not. But I am open minded and just looking for good company to go half on the bills with! 🤞🏽🙂🙌🏽✨

First, last and security to move in. Single mom, work 5 mins away also looking to work from home with baby. Dad lives 5 mins away and will be having baby half the time. I’m super clean and like things where they belong, I feel good when my environment is organized, looking, feeling and smelling good! Just looking to split the bills with a responsible/ good person!
