One parking space available. Rent for the house is $3100 split between 5 people, making it $620 per person a month. Utilities and wifi are included. Lease is on a month to month. There are currently three males and two females living here. Age range is from mid twenties to mid thirties. We all keep to ourselves and the house is quiet for the most part. We all just do our own thing and stay in our rooms mostly.
