PENDING Hi there! Available mid-late April. You would share a 2bed/2bath condo in the heart of downtown Woodinville. Approx: $845/month +electricity and internet. Single occupancy only. My current roommate is looking to move with her bf when the current lease ends so I’ll like to stay in this unit and renew with someone new. You’ll have the smaller bedroom (you’ll pay slightly less than me since I occupy the master bedroom) you’ll have your own full bathroom across the hallway to your bedroom. This condo is about 820sqft and has been renovated, we were the first living here after renovation so everything is relatively in good shape and new. Kitchen and bathroom have a modern look. There’s also a balcony and plenty of parking out front. The neighborhood is great with quiet neighbors and shops and restaurants 5 mins away in the heart of downtown Woodinville. You would be applying through our private landlord who conducts a background check, credit check, and would need 1/2 the security deposit and 1/2 first and last month’s rent (last month rent can be done in payments). This would be a 6 month contract with the opportunity to renew.

Please no drama, no drugs (of any kind), no smoking, no parties, able to pay all bills on time and must be able to keep shared areas clean.
