Great location, minutes from downtown and Montgomery village. Washer and dryer in unit, as well as a dishwasher. Rent includes sewage, garbage, and water. Wifi and utilities are separate. I am reupping my lease and my current roommate is moving away. Looking for someone who has verifiable income of at least 40000$ a year. I do not work from home so I am gone quite a bit apart from the weekends. Apartment is furnished apart from the private bedroom. Apartment Building is a smaller community and very quiet. There is a grill, pool and hot tub in the center of the buildings as well.
