This property is a 3 bedroom property and you will have your own private room with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan, central heating and air, washer and dryer available onsite at no additional cost. Utilities are included with the rent and are limited to internet, water, trash, electricity, and gas. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve, but there is plenty of street parking available. We are looking for an individual who is overall a positive, self contained, and clean. The kitchen, dining area, common area and restroom are shared. If you decide to cook please bring your own cookware and clean after yourself. This is located one block away from downtown Yucaipa and the Performing Arts Center. This also a short drive from the Yucaipa Community Park, hikes, the river, and Crafton Hills College. If you are wanting to bring a dog it must be good dog small to medium in size no large dogs and there is an additional fee of $100 monthly.

The roommates are self contained clean and have different work and school schedules. Partying and overnight guest are to be kept to a minimum in consideration of your roommates. The current roomies each have a dog.
