A cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor (top floor) It’s furnished, so all you need is your things and furniture for your room! Has a heater, but no AC. Nice big windows that let in a lot of natural light. If you drive there will be free street parking, or you can pay $100/month for a spot in the garage. Updated appliances in the kitchen. No issues in the apartment, everything works. There’s also a laundry room on site. It’s close to lake Merritt bart, several stores/liquor stores nearby you can walk to.

My name is Cindy, I’m in my 20’s and I’m the only person who lives here, my boyfriend does visit and sleepover quite often, but we’re respectful. I’m very clean and organized and would hope you can do the same (: I work most of the week with a few days off, a set schedule, I’m a homebody at night but the majority of the day I will be busy. (Not necessarily against dogs but would need to discuss details!) All utilities are included except for PG&E, which we will spilt. PG&E is usually $20 in the summer and $60 when we use the heater.
