Hi, I am looking for a woman who wants to rent out the upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom starting in August 1, 2022 for $550 a month. This is a 4-bedroom house in Burke, VA. The reason it is so cheap is because it doesn’t have a dedicated parking spot, but you can park on the street just approx. 700 meters away. All utilities and cable and WiFi are included. If you have smart TV, you can get access to Disney Plus, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime Video. If you don’t have smart TV, then you can borrow my ROKU TV, which will give you access to ROKU channels, too. I am looking a responsible individual female tenant the one of the upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom. You will be required to be fully vaccinated with one of the COVID vaccines and boosted and have a current flu shot. I am a 50-year old man. I own the home and live in the basement. I normally have all females who rent the 3 other bedrooms. I have a 41-year old woman who rents out the main level bedroom and she has her own bathroom. I have young lady who is 20-years old that rents out the other upstairs bedroom upstairs. We all have good personalities and are easy to get along with. We are all fully COVID vaccinated and boosted and have updated flu shots. The upstairs is newly refurbished just like the rest of the house. It has new carpet, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, and is newly painted. There are cable connections in both upstairs bedrooms.

The small bedroom is unfurnished comes with a new ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. If you need it furnished I can probably put in a dresser set and a twin sized bed.

You will have a new bathroom with new bathtub including new tiles, new sink, light fixtures, new shower head, new mirror, and a new bathroom cabinet.

You will have your own private linen closet for additional storage. There are also some storage compartments in the two bedrooms.

The basement has a laundry room with a new washer, a new dryer, a new utility sink, and new shelving units for house cleaning supplies on large shelf, which I provide. There is a smaller shelf where everyone puts their laundry detergent and other items. The house is newly re-furbished and main level has new wood floors. The kitchen has new appliances including a new stove, new microwave, new coffee maker, new dish washer, new sink, new fridge, new lights, and new cabinets. The dining room has new lights, a new toaster oven, a new toaster oven stand, a vanity, a charming wood table set, and a new rug. The living room has a new sofa, new love seat, a new recliner, a new coffee table, a new entertainment stand, a TV, new lights, a new lamp, and new energy efficient curtains. The foyer has a nice closet and shelf if you wanted to put winter jackets in it.

There are new safety features in the house like new external porch light, new fire/CO2 alarms, new fire extinguishers, and fire escape ladders for the main level and upstairs bedrooms.

You will have unlimited access to the kitchen. You can access the laundry room from early morning until a reasonable time a night to do laundry. The house is close to Ft. Belvoir, GMU campus, and NVCC’s Annandale campus. This in commutable distance to the Pentagon, Ft. Myer, and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. If you are federal employee, it is in commuting distance to locations in DC and Northern Virginia. The VRE is a block away to anyone who works in the city. All of the major department and grocery stores are nearby.

I expect everyone moving have a good personality and getting people who will take care of the house when I am out of town is important to me, particularly if things get back to normal sometime this year.
