This is a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house 2 bathrooms. You will have the master bedroom with a private bathroom which has standing shower and two sinks. One male and one female will be living in the house. Both of them are in their mid twenties and work in the aerospace industry. All the furniture in the room will be gone. Overall vibe of the house is quiet and clean and no pets are allowed. I’m moving out and need a renter to stay until the end of March, that’s when the lease ends and it can be renewed. The utilities are split into thirds, and renters pay for all utilities which averages about $120 a month per person. The house rents for $2400/mo, the other renters pay $750/mo and have to share a bathroom, master bedroom is $900/mo and about twice as big of a room with a private bathroom. There is a two car garage, roommates can negotiate who wants to park inside, there is street parking. Looking for a renter that has stable income, no criminal background history.
