I have a 1500 Sq ft 1 story. It’s 3 bed 2 full bath. You would get your own room and bathroom. Obviously full access to shared space. Have washer and dryer in the house. Currently no internet or cable but we could easily split it. I have 2 dogs they are great around other people just not other dogs so I ask for no pets.
