About the room
I have a townhouse where I have to travel a bit and won’t be there off and on several months per year. I would be leaving in May and returning in October. You would have your own furnished room with full bath in the bedroom. Ceilings are cathedral. No pets. You have two outdoor spaces. The community has a pool and hot tub. Requires a $50 background check.
About the roomies
When I am there I work remote and will be on conference calls quite a bit. From there I eat dinner and go to bed. I’m pretty quiet although I do go out to the beach or events on the weekend. I’m looking for someone that is quiet, clean and respectful as well.
