About the room
It’s a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home. The garage was converted into a bonus room living space, which is where I reside. Rooms can be rented out individually (Main Bdrm $650; other 2 Bdrm $450 each). Or a small family can rent the remainder of the house for 900, as I will be living in the bonus room (to be here to continue to improve and upgrade the house).
About the roomies
I own the property and reside in Florida most of the time. After July, I’ll be here about 1 or 2 weeks out of the month.
