Hendrena's room

Rental space includes 2 rooms. One bedroom with an attached large family room. Community space includes the kitchen, dining and living room with 2 restrooms; and 2 refrigerator’s and a washer and dryer. Three separate entrances into the home and a private entrance into the living space area next to the family room.

The home is currently occupied by 2 adult males both with fulltime employment. There is a community house cat that is an indoors pet which roams about the house. The oldest residence has resided in the home for 8 years and the other 6 years. The men have easy to get along with personalities and generally get along with one another.
