About the room
We have a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with a fenced-in backyard in a nice neighborhood. You would have your own bathroom attached to your room, your own living room, and a large, elevated back porch all to yourself, in addition to garage parking if desired (the entire top floor is basically yours, with a shared kitchen and office). We have a dog (who is not allowed upstairs, i.e. your space) and a cat, who are both extremely friendly.
About the roomies
My partner and I are relatively quiet young adult females. I am currently an undergrad student finishing my degree in May (yay!) and my partner is a restaurant server/bartender.
