Laura's room

Beautiful home in Ferndale with a room for rent with a large closet. Room is unfurnished (I swear my stuff will not be there when you move in, this was formerly my office and I am still getting papers in order). Utilities and internet included. Hard wood floors throughout the house with a spacious living room and very spacious kitchen. There is also a front porch and back deck. Only street parking available, which is easy to find. Washer and dryer on premises. 20 min walk to downtown Ferndale.

I am a semi-retired professional musician who has turned into a mortgage loan officer. I work from home, love to cook and invite friends and family over on the weekends. I’m a goofball and love to laugh so be ready to hear me cackling throughout the house. I have three awesome, very well-trained cats and they have a fancy litter box and will only harass you for cuddles.

Coco is my roommate and she is the best roommate in the world. She works in the area and loves to cook and have fun, themed parties occasionally. We both love witchy things and are true hippies at heart. We eat mostly plant based and stay away from harsh cleaners and chemicals. We met on roomies and became roommates and get along absolutely amazing and have never had any issues in our year and a half together. In fact, we have become so comfortable living together we are like family. ☺️ Our house is very tidy and we love it that way, but we aren’t anal about it either. Haha! We also pretty much do our own thing and are introverted extroverts so we love our interactions when we have them but also respect each other’s space, privacy and alone time. There are lots of spots in the house to do your own thing.
