Pamela's room

Update: 03/18/2022 Room has been rented. Bedroom includes a personal use mini refrigerator/microwave, and new carpet/fresh paint. The room is single occupancy; no children, couples, or pets. Bathroom is shared with other female tenant - cleaning responsibilities also shared. Kitchen access is limited as we are going through a remodel process (not quite complete), but everything is functional. Our home is situated in a lovely, quiet family oriented neighborhood with very little traffic close to SRJC Petaluma. Home security system and cameras in place. We already have one small (hypoallergenic) dog, so (sorry) no pets. Public transportation is just around the corner, as well as 2 shopping centers close by.

My fiancée and I have very diverse backgrounds and maintain a pretty active lifestyle. Due to some health problems the landlord is semi-retired, but has a side gig giving music lessons via zoom from time to time. I have a steady job outside the home throughout the week, and keep myself busy doing numerous little home improvement projects around the house as well as a love of cooking.
