Hi, this is a 1/1 room that you will rent from me. I am Safrina. The owner of this beautiful 3/2 bedroom house. The house is located in a quiet area. I live next door to a police officer, so safety should not be too much of a concern for you. I also have ADT in place. The neighbors seemed friendly, but I chose to keep to myself, and say hello if the opportunity present itself. Come check the place out I know that you will like it. ** Everything is new in the room, except for the bed.
