Connie's room

This is a 3 bedroom home located close to the Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, Ohio. Bedroom is furnished. There is a living room and family room. Home sits on about 3/4 acre. There is a detached garage. Well and sewer means nothing goes down the sink. There is a small miniature pinscher, cat and rabbit that call this their home. Though there are three animals it’s not crazy and it’s very clean. Rent includes washer and dryer, wifi, cable tv, electric, heat and air, kitchen access. There is one bathroom, it has worked out fine as I shower when my roommate is at work. Buy your own necessities and food. I think you will feel comfortable and at home if you choose to live here. No smoking or additional pets. UPDATE: I would like to meet/share my home with someone who is a Christian, MAGA, knows how to garden, wants to raise chickens, helpful around a home working together, as I would like to also put a fence up in two areas, there is already a fence on two sides. It would be a plus if they also were able to pay a year at a time, six months at a time or three months at a time, of course with a signed contract. For some that is not possible, but for someone who is downsizing, a life change, it could be possible. Thanks.

One person in the home, female, 50s, works remotely 7-3:30 for hospital. No smoking. No heavy drinking, a drink here and there is not a problem. No sleepovers unless your child or grandchild occasionally. Must have a full time job and long history of maintaining employment. Clean up after yourself and share in maintaining cleanliness.
