Ally's room

I have a room to rent in my home. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking. The room is furnished with bed, mini fridge, microwave and wifi included in rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not too noisy. We are 15 min away from base and only few mins away from local shops like costco, safeway and walmart.
