Hi everyone! :) My name is Billy (Male, 27) (with my partner, Rachel), and I purchased a new home (2021) and looking for some roomies! It is a 1 family home, but I floors are split between the 1st floor and 2nd floor, so it’s separated. There is a kitchen/dryer/washer on each floor. It is located in a private cul-da-sac. Long and wide driveway will provide easy parking and navigation. There are 2 exits from the driveway, so no need to shuffle cars around.

Each floor is set up to be a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment. Each floor has its own kitchen and washer/dryer. Utilities (water, heat, electricity, gas, fiber 1 gig wifi) are not included in the price, but it can be as a flat rate ($225 + rental amount on the post). :) I am looking for roommates to occupy the downstairs bedrooms! Some couples have reached out, so we can talk about that if you message me directly. (:

It has some upgrades and touch ups done in April 2022, which included a freshly painted walls, new 1st floor bathroom, and some appliance upgrades (new furnace, 1st floor dishwasher, A/C, and central duct system updates). A floating deck was added to the backyard with a gazebo! Great for summer friendly entertainment. Many many hydrangeas along the house. :) The backyard is huge so great for pets or entertaining guests with the backyard pizza oven. The house is minutes away from all the most popular stores, restaurants, and attractions in Manchester. We personally love BJ’s, Costco, and Whole Foods that are all within 8 minutes from us!

I recently finished up graduate school (May 2021). I work in a school system as a school psychologist. My partner (female, 28) is a school psychologist as well. We are both rock climbers, so we aren’t home very often. We have Monday-Friday work schedules (8 am to 3:30 pm), then we head over to the climbing gym. We usually return around 8 pm. She enjoys yoga and hikes. I enjoy baking and rock climbing (takes up most of my time)! We both enjoy playing some Xbox (fortnite) and checking out any local events! We do enjoy baking / cooking, so we hope you’ll taste test some baked goods (-Billy)! :)

We are looking for roomies who can take our spots in this house, but the house is split up in a way to provide the first and second floor privacy.
