Amy's room

We are a family of 4 who often rents out a room in our two story home. We are active and working and not home to enjoy the house as much as we would like abs find renting out a room works well for both parties. The bathroom that’s attached is mostly private but occasionally guests use it since all the others are upstairs. We have rented to younger females who have helped us with our kiddos a few times a month for lower rent and we have rented to order woman and everything in between so we’re open to anything. The house is kept clean for the most part, the kitchen is large and great for cooking, we have a community pool that’s very fun in the summer, we have internet and Netflix etc. the house is in a great location! Biking distance to the bars abs restaurants in chandler and Gilbert.

personality wise, we’re pretty easy going. We’re outgoing and fun and active in our community. We are Christians and value our faith and morals and would like someone respectful of that. There can be zero drugs of any sort ( legal or not ) in the home. Alcohol is fine as long as the person is responsible. We would like someone who’s a positive influence for our two little girls.
