Wen's room

I own my home and I live here with my two dogs that are house trained. I will NOT accept anyone who wants to bring additional pets. I am renting to a single woman, and only non-smokers. The rent includes internet use of the common areas, a private room that is furnished, your own small closet, and a common shared full bathroom. I am a single, straight, Christian woman and I will only rent to someone that has my similar values. There is a security deposit of $500 up front as well as the rent of $500 monthly. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If you would like you can furnish your own television in that room. It would be best if you are not allergic to dogs, enjoy being around them, as my dogs are extremely social. The property is on a nice size lot with a private backyard. It is a month-to-month rental agreement and you must provide 30 days notice before moving out. Of course, I would also provide 30 days notice if it does not work out.
