House is gorgeous! On an acre in an incredible neighborhood! Full court basketball. Full court volleyball in the backyard. -please tell me about yourself in your response!!! :) -BBQ you can use. -Central AC. -Super-private driveway parking. Some garage storage possible for a long-term tenant. -All utilities are included and Wi-Fi is included. -Some occasional overnight guests would be OK.
About the roomies
1 male and 1 female that speak English and Spanish. Work full-time jobs. Quiet. Respectful. And clean! Super friendly, but keep to themselves. Nobody smokes. A cat has wondered into our lives and roams the halls of this home. Everything stays CLEAN at all times. Every once in a while we’ll have coffee or a drink together in the kitchen and chat but mostly just do our own thing. Work. Home. Netflix and repeat.
