West Lake Street

This apartment is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath. There are currently two open rooms in the apartment now, my room and another room. This would mean that if you and a friend are looking to live here it would be great for both of you. My room is very spacious and I have plenty of room all of my belongings and more. The area of the property is very ideal for a quick walk to class and even the football games. We have a balcony that is amazing to watch the sunsets and a large area that will fit multiple people. The staff here is excellent and very kind. They get to your maintenance requests in 2 days or less. The kitchen is very large and has 2 refrigerators, which is great for having 5 people in the house. A big factor for me is being able to feel safe and I feel very safe here. There are locks around the apartment complex and even locks to your room. This apartment has been great to live in and I have nothing to complain about the location, staff, and environment.

Next year, there will be three girls living in the apartment with potentially two more if the rooms get filled. They are all clean and very relaxed. They are easy to get along with and are fun being with them. I enjoyed going on adventures with them and it allowed us to create a great bond. I feel very safe with them and included in everything that they are doing. They try and get to know everyone and want to build friendships. School is a priority to them, but they are still able to have fun! They are all Colorado State University students as well. Overall, great experience with them!
