Laurel Avenue

I bought a multi family home as an investment property. I’m renting 2 apartments and kept one for myself. It’s a 3 bed/1 bath basement apartment (I’m converting the 3rd bedroom to a study or miscellaneous room). Spacious living room, big TV, big jacuzz tub, washer/dryer, plenty of parking, 2 blocks from the train station.

It’s just me and my little Bichon Frise. I’m a 33yo firefighter, but I also work in medical imaging on the side. I’m pretty quiet and laid back these days. Lately it seems I’m always working on the house when I’m not at work. For me, it’s as much about having occasional company as it is the extra money, and i need to find someone willing to walk and feed my dog when I’m on shift at the firehouse (it’s a 24 hour shift)
