The room is furnished with a newer Queen size bed, the room is 10’x11’, has a sound proof door, large closet, carpeted, 43“ 4K TV with Firestick. High speed Internet, 200Mbps WiFi.

The hallway bathroom will be yours, its been remodeled with a shower stall, it must be kept clean. I will provide cleaning supplies.

You will have access to the kitchen, indoor laundry and common areas, covered patio and deck for smoking, and you’ll have driveway parking provided your car doesn’t leak any fluids.

Please be courteous and clean up after yourself when using the common areas such as the kitchen. There is ADT security and Ring security cams all around the perimeter of the home. The neighborhood is fairly quiet.

No guest, no overnight guest, no drugs 420 is ok, and no firearms allowed in my home.

I am the homeowner, no other roomies except for my dog, that stays indoors so you must love dogs. I may ask that you feed him for me on occassion if I leave town or work over time. I am a 61yo maintenance electrician working in the bay area, I work the swing shift, I leave for work in the afternoon and return back around midnight so you’ll be alone during the evenings. I am vaccinated and boosted. In my spare time I’ll either go to the gym, or walk the dogs or catch up around the house with chores or DIY projects, and in the evening I’ll watch movies.
