Leslie's room

The room is on the main floor with an attached 3/4 (shower, no tub) bathroom. The bathroom is yours for the most part (shower) but may be used for convenience when we are hanging out downstairs. 4 others of us reside upstairs and share two bathrooms. We have plenty of fridge and freezer space, a fully stocked kitchen, two separate living room areas, a deck—basically your typical Highlands Ranch home.

Theres 4 of us and we range in age from 20s to 50s. The things we have in common: we like things clean and orderly; we all work, including weekends; we do not tolerate partying or drugs, though we are cannabis-friendly and alcohol-friendly (though not excessive drunkenness-friendly); we are very VERY respectful about having company—always informing the other roommates if someone is coming over; we have a general noise curfew (loud music and voices) because we all value our sleep; we are all friendly, enjoy each other’s company, and genuinely want to get to know you—we like gathering periodically for a group dinner/bbq, games or a movie. We all work collectively to keep the house in order. For those of you that just want a quiet, secure, warm and happy home, this place is for you. If you want a party pad, please don’t waste our time.
