Hi there, I see you’re interested in my room for rent. Well it’s furnished and your bathroom is seconds away.

The house is cozy and comfortable. I’ve lived in Green valley ranch for almost six years. My house is on a Cul-de-sac and quiet. One or two houses have kids. The rest is working class or Retired.

You’ll have just myself for a roommate. I’m quite and clean. I like to cook at least twice a week and I’ll sometimes ask you if you want to have dinner with me.

I have two Great Dane puppies and a cat. All are friendly but shy.
