Furnished home, furnishings still in the works. 4 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1725 sq. ft on almost 1 acre of property with large outside covered patio & yard. Ranch style/Mid century 1960’s home in a quiet mature neighborhood. All rooms have locks on doors. Access to common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, covered patio, backyard, large driveway. Highest internet available w/cable tv. Each roommate has own food pantry space.

-Briley Pkwy, EXIT McGavock Pk. in Donelson. 12mins to Nashville International Airport, 14mins to Downtown Nashville, 16mins to Vanderbilt University, 33mins to Downtown Franklin.

-Conveniently located across frwy to Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and Opry Mills Mall. 4-6mins to Kroger & Publix grocery stores. Various gas stations, restaurants, bars, & coffee shops surrounding.
-NO pets, sorry, I have allergies. (feel free to ask though) -NO smokers, drugs, substance abuse issues, etc. -Be CLEAN! I am a tidy person & prefer a tidy well kept home. Be courteous to other roomies, and pick up after yourself & have good hygiene. -Must be employed or show proof of income. Most recent stubs or contract requested. You will be sharing the home w/2 other people the majority of the time. I am currently split living between CA & Nashville. I own a business in CA & still looking for part time work in Nashville. I am friendly, have a bubbly personality, social, love to exercise, play golf, walk on trails near the neighborhood, explore what TN has to offer, listen to a wide variety of music, & absorb the neon lights of Broadway. Major dog lover, but allergic to most. And extremely allergic to cats. Love my morning coffee, evening glass of wine, & good hand crafted cocktail when I’m out.
