The house includes all basic kitchen amenities plenty of cabinet space, a new washer & dryer, as well as a garage that can be converted into a small home gym and martial arts studio. Fiber optic Internet (500 MBPS). Utilities that are not included in the rent are water & electricity. Those costs will be split accordingly.
About the roomies
Me and one other female roomie are currently living on the premises. You would be sharing a bathroom with her, but have you’re own private bedroom.
