A very spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. The apartment gets lots of sunlight and has a beautiful tile and granite finish. We would share the entire apartment. There is a parking spot available right downstairs for $300 and we are next to the laundry units as well. The apartment is a 2-minute bike ride from the beach. The apartment is in Isla Vista.
