Master bedroom for rent. I was previously living in it and now need to relocate for a job opportunity. Pre-fab home but very modern, with washer/drier, dishwasher, large kitchen with plenty of storage, large closets, and central air conditioning. It’s five acres, fully fenced and pet friendly, with two shops. One is a car shop/garage, open to use to keep your car out of the sun. The other is a full machine shop open to use (it only has a few tools in it right now, though). Great for projects. The five acres provides an immense amount of privacy and possibilities of development. As it is now, it’s great for getting some exercise at home with a mountain bike and great for outdoor pets.
Two spare bedrooms are currently rented by two gentlemen that share the common areas and spare bathroom. My uncle also lives in a separate structure. I’m not adverse to having a pet meeting if you need to bring a pet of your own. We also have a small pool in the backyard for cooling off in the summer.
Note this is on a dirt (unpaved) road. It’s not that bad but it does get bumpy and it is not made for all cars.
Two current room mates, Mike and Jay. Mike is a retired veteran. He is very friendly and likes to watch movies, smoke, and talk with people. Jay is younger and works at Tokyo House. He has his own dog that mostly lives in his room. He is very courteous and easy to get along with, but also keeps long hours and travels often.
