Dee's room

-The house is located: 🚗 20 min drive to Seattle DT 🚉 7 min drive to Light Rail (Tukwila Intl Blvd) ✈ <10m drive to SEA-TAC Airport.

-There is AC throughout the whole house.

-You’ll have a private furnished room with a shared bathroom. There is a queen size bed (bedding provided or can provide your own), dresser, night stand, corner book shelve, full closet, VIZIO TV with a flex Xfinity box with access to shows and other apps.

-House sits on a cul-de-sac street and there is plenty of street parking. You will have a spot in the driveway.

-The rent includes electricity, water, washer/dryer, air conditioning, sewer, garbage, pest control, high-speed internet, keyless easy-access entry, house security, and a monthly house cleaner.

-The common areas are furnished including the living room dining room and kitchen.

-The house has plenty of outdoor space with front and back lawn. Backyard has patio space with a gazebo and a BBQ which is perfect for enjoying a cooked meal or sit under the gazebo.

I’m in the healthcare profession. I leave in the morning and return in the evening. Most nights I’m gone during the week. I rent the second bedroom to the same person for 7 years. He’s in construction and leaves early in the morning and returns mid-day and usually leaves until evening. We are both easy going and friendly. I like stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
