I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Off Broadway. My room is pretty big bed: 15x25. Closet is 10x10. The bathroom is in the room so you basically have your own bathroom. You will be sharing living spaces, and kitchen with two other roommates (two guys). They share their own bathroom. They are very well mannered. Winter Electric bill is not cheap usually $80 a person. But it will not be too bad in the spring-summer. You be spending at least $50 or less month per. If you take over my lease I will help you with the application fee until the lease is over. My lease ends in the end of July 2022. That is 3 months from now. You may talk to the landlord to renew. The reason I am moving is because my fiancé and three dogs are finally coming to michigan and we found a house that we will be renting in march 21st. Possible renting after that is fine with me.

You will be living with two guys. They are well mannered. Everyone is amazingly cool with each other. They don’t mind what you do as long as you don’t mind what they do and they aren’t loud. Easy to get along with.
