I have a master bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Elk Grove. Rent is 1400 a month for single people, or 1600 for a couple. Rent is all inclusive. There is no security deposit but I ask that you pay the first and last month’s rent upon move-in.
The master suite contains a full bathtub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. You will have access to either driveway and/or street parking, a personal fridge, and a personal cabinet in our shared kitchen. You will also have access to WiFi, and the shared washer and dryer. Cats are allowed.
Currently living in the household are two females ages 25 and 50, and one male age 20. We all work full time with varying schedules. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in a house tour.
We are friendly and respectful people. We’re animal lovers so you must love animals, please. We have 4 cats that live inside the house.
We are looking for someone kind and responsible who pays their bills on time.
