About the room
Private home with extra rooms. Looking for professional and quiet roommates. 10 minutes to PSNS 15 minutes to NBK Keyport/Bangor 15 min to Bremerton ferry terminal. Bustop is short walk. Rooms are unfurnished. House rules are strict but are in place to ensure all roommates are accomodated.
No pets. We have one cat that doesn’t do well with other animals. Music/tv/gaming volume not to be heard outside of your room. Must be clean…your mother doesn’t live here so pick up after yourself. No parties or overnight guests. Not 420 friendly. Must have renters insurance.
$40.00 non refundable Credit and background check are required, if you wouldn’t pass a security clearance backgound check, don’t apply. I dont want to waste your time or money. Money order or cash only. Deposit must be paid in full with 1st months rent prior to moving in. Rent is on month to month basis. Your income must be 3 times the amount rent.
