Carmel Valley Road

Hi! I’m moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Carmel Valley on March 1. Looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning and outdoor balcony. Rent is $1400/month and shared utilities. I have a very well trained service dog. No other pets can be accommodated at this time. The complex has a pool, spa and gym. A big thing for me is keeping common space clean and no smoking. Your room is your room. I like to socialize and have friends over for dinner. However the party stays away. The furniture in the photos is from staging so it will not be included.
