About the room
It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. One bathroom only has a shower. This is a fixer upper house. Preferably I’m trying to find someone who knows about home improvement or a contractor so I can negotiate rent for working on the house. I’ve done a lot, but not quite finished remodeling.
About the roomies
I am the only one living in the house. I have a master’s degree and work in education. I moved here in August for a job.
