Wood floors two windows good sized closet. Furnished with bed, dresser, laundry basket, fan, and a night stand. There’s a massage/tattoo table in the room but it can be taken out and put else where.

I currently have the mother and law basement rented out to old coworker his wife and son they have three cats that stay in the room. They are looking for their own place and should be moving out around start of summer. I am in the master bedroom up stairs. I have two dogs small ones. It’s large property with two barns a field and forest for three acres behind the barn.
