Utilities vary month to month due to heat and AC but expect your half to be anywhere from $15-80 additional to the rent. Ground floor apartment so it stays cool in the summer but of course it’s colder in the winter too. Carpet in bedrooms and hard floors in living room. Patio with outside locked storage. Shared covered parking space but lots of extra parking. Current roommate and I are split internet so if you wanted to share your half would be $35 if you don’t want internet no worries. Across the street from Cottonwood Creek Park. Pool in the summer. Small gym in clubhouse. If you want a pet, there’s a pet deposit, pet application, and monthly pet rent.
