A house-share on Staten Island, walk to the free ferry to lower Manhattan. It is a large house with an eat-in kitchen with DW. The area is quiet; the house has a back and front yard, but you are quickly in the city. The room has 3 windows and a view of the harbor. There is a new double bed and a new area carpet, as well as a built-in closet with storage shelves and a rack to hang clothes. The closet was redone in 2021 and the room was painted white. The bed, carpet and fan shown are included in the room (The black furniture belongs to the current occupant). The room is for a single person. no couples, no children, no pets. No smokers, even if you intend to smoke outside. There is one bathroom in the house. the rent is 850 plus 150 towards utilities.

There will be 2-3 roommates. At present there are 3, all of whom are employed.
