Renovated apartment complex located on Olive and 83rd. This complex is nearby parks and residential neighborhoods, and is also right in the middle of other developing apartment communities.

This apartment complex is about a mile from the 101, a few miles down the street from Glendale community college, and about 5 miles away from the State Farm stadium. The complex itself has a fully equipped gym, resort style pool with BBQ pits and grills, as well as a dog park, and resident club house with TV lounge.

The room for rent is a large 1X1 with spacious walk in closet. It is located on the third floor, and is within sight of the assigned parking spot for the unit. This room is part of a shared 2X2 unit, but bedrooms are on opposite sides of one another. The kitchen is renovated, there is a full sized washer and dryer, and the entire apartment, with the exception of the bedrooms, is floored with wood inspired plank flooring. Rent is about $816, split down the middle, but utilities can range from an additional $100 - 250.

I am accepting a job position in another state and I am in need of someone to take over my portion of the lease for this unit. The incoming resident will be required to submit income verification, as well as other application processes required by the complex itself. The remaining roommate is an employed young female, so we are looking for another female within the ages of 20-24.
