Dylan's room

The room available is part of a 2 bed, 1 bath property. This room is approximately 9’x10’8“. The apartment is just outside of downtown Raleigh (5 minutes to just about anywhere) and is in a fairly quiet, safe neighborhood. It is also about a 10 minute drive to NCSU. I ask that you be cool with having friends/ partners over occasionally because I’m a home body. I’m totally fine if you’d like to bring people over as well! Utilities are excluded in the rent amount listed but it is not much extra. Internet, water, and electricity are about $60 for each of us! I also have a cat who is absolutely comfortable with other cats. He’s extremely relaxed and lowkey.

I’m a 22 year old student at NCSU studying sociology. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 4.5 years. I’m in to video games, LEGO, movies, music (especially jazz), sneakers, vinyl records, alcohol, working on my car, and DIY projects. I have ADHD so my room is an absolute mess at nearly all times but the common areas are always clean and organized. I’m also a very relaxed and easy going person, so i’m easy to get along with. I prefer someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community or is an ally. As a sociology major and a well traveled person I can’t get along with someone who is close minded.
