This property is a private single family home near many shopping and dining experiences the home is three stories your room will be on the lower level room comes furnished with a twin bed set but can be removed if needed, you will have have kitchen access

My rules and requirements are as follow:

Must have a job No overnight visitors Clean the mess you make No laundry access (extra $25 a month for laundry access) No animals but there’s is a dog in home No smoking indoors, outdoors is fine No extremely loud noises No parties Minimum age requirement 25

Security deposit is non-refundable A background check will be conducted.

The party is shared with 5 other people all family as the home is a 6 bedroom with a bathroom on each level.
