Johannes's room

I wanted to have a commune type intentional living area with like minded people pooling resources and labor towards a future working together instead of alone. It’s a goal of mine but I’m also realistic and need help paying my bills. It would be nice to find that and i would like that to be a long-term thing with all parties having families and eventually developing the property to home 2-4 families and be more or less self/community efficient.

So the Room(s) are a nice size and the house is unique in it’s design. Shared downstairs bathroom with roommates and any visitors. Good sized kitchen and dining area with everything you can need. Will be need equal chore work done because I’m not cleaning after adults. Live on a farm with garden and chickens and shop etc., will need help with at least keeping lawn cut and living area tidy but help with everything else would be appreciated and you would benefit in other ways too the more you do. You could have your own section of land if you wanted as an example or more. Also a shop and i fix things if you needed a space to do that or help. Jobs. Errands. Tutoring. Training.I can do alot of different things just ask. Quiet time after certain time depending on shift, otherwise this is a chill place. I have animals, you can have some if they are chill and aren’t a mess and so on. Prices negotiable by length and scope etc.

Myself I’m chill and do my thing and looking to have a family one day and grow with a community of like values toward being self sufficient and live a good life even though it’s hard work. Other people may not be there either yet but would be either similar to me or just a chill person looking for a temporary place to stay and isn’t on board with that but is still a good person and doesn’t bother anyone and isn’t too messy etc.
