Adkins Street

I like this particular unit because there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer hookup, there’s a nice little balcony, I never hear my neighbors, and the rooms aren’t right next to each other they are separated by a little hallway. The property is absolutely beautiful. The property manager does a great job of keeping things looking nice. The area isn’t bad either it’s right off of Couberg so there’s actually a decent amount of stores and restaurants right in the area. (Bouns if you love coffee there’s a Dutch Bros like 1 min from the building)

So I live at a place called the Clairmont which is advertised as a 55 and older community but it’s obviously not exclusively for older people because I live here 19, and I’ve seen other younger people who live at the property. I myself am a pretty quiet, and clean person. I also always want to make sure I’m respectful of the person I’m living with, in the sense that if I know I’m having a guest over I always let the other person know in advance if that’s something they care about. If I do have a friend over or something we usually always hang out in my room anyways. I’m lgbtq friendly and pets are fine with me, but there is like a $10 deposit that is required each month if you have a pet.
