Private room and bathroom in West Chester townhouse. This is a lease takeover beginning on June 1st with the option to renew on November 1st. Not a student rental. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown West Chester, in-unit laundry, off street parking. Tenants are responsible for rent, internet, and PECO (gas/electric). The room can be fully furnished if you wish to purchase the furniture from me, (memory foam bed only 4 months used, TV with Roku). First month rent and security deposit is due upon signing the lease. When applying we would like to verify income and credit.
